Glossary Hovercards not working

Description
I've noticed that hovercards are not working. Not just in Handbooks but everywhere they are enabled. Console returns this error:
glossary-hovercards.js?ver=20190719:26
Uncaught TypeError: $(...).hoverIntent is not a function
