Support forums: expanded code still has scrollbar

Reported by: joyously's profile joyously Owned by:

Description

The recent addition of the Expand/Contract button for forum topics' code sections does not appear to take into account the horizontal scrollbar for long lines.
This leaves the vertical scrollbar still there for 1 line's worth.
An example is on https://wordpress.org/support/topic/get-user-roles-in-function/
See attached for how it looks in Firefox.

A similar formatting is done in the Code Reference, but the vertical scrollbar is not shown, as it is outside the code container. An example is on https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/media_handle_sideload/
See attached for how it looks in Firefox.
