URLs like https://wordpress.org/news/?id=7447026&remove=991482bfdb269aafa805a186ddfaefff return a 'thank you' state for subscription/unsubscription actions.
These should include a meta robots tag with a noindex, follow directive.

Until this ticket, I don't think private links like that should have ever been publicly mentioned other than via direct email links, so I'm not sure this was really something that needed ticketing/fixing.
But this is now fixed.
