Description
I have this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-checkout-offers-lite/ in which if you little scroll down you will see in right sidebar under heading Support - 0 out of 1. It means one issue left to solve, Ok then now click over support tab from top menu and then reach to the list of support threads it seems that ticket is solved.
And this issue is from long time and only with this plugin.

This is most likely a cache issue, where the incorrect data was cached indefinitely for whatever reason.
It'll update once you had any other support activity for the plugin. I've toggled the resolved status for the thread off and on, so it should resolve in the next day or so.
