Display new accessibility team reps on Make/Updates

Today, the accessibility elected a new team rep: @ryokuhi
And @audrasjb steeped down from the role as he was elected as core team rep.

So, the two current accessibility team reps are now nrqsnchz and ryokuhi.

That would be nice to update this page accordingly: ​https://make.wordpress.org/updates/team-reps/
