This page ​https://wordpress.org/download/beta-nightly/ has a "title?" of Download and talks about Beta and Nightly versions, but has no download links. You have to click on the link to the Beta Testing Handbook to actually find the link to ​https://wordpress.org/nightly-builds/wordpress-latest.zip for the nightly build.

Can that link be added to the page?
And maybe the sentence about the Beta Testing Handbook could go under the Beta heading?
Is there a genericly named link for Beta testing? If not, why is this under Download instead of under Releases?
