Description
The WordPress.org/news blog's Category Archive previously listed all posts tagged with the "Releases" category.
As of April 28, 2020 this is no longer happening (it displayed properly on 4/27/2020).

I tried to find a corresponding changeset but it looks like the blog theme is private.
It was much easier to scroll and find a specific version’s release post when all posts were listed. I know we’re getting up there in the number of releases, but wasn’t sure if there was a reason it changed.
Having to go through the posts 10 at a time to find a specific one is a little cumbersome.

This change was me, and not a fully intentional change.
The category.php template in the theme was a mess and included custom loops, markup that was no longer used, and a myriad of other problems that was interfering with some SEO markup changes.
I agree, with this style of archive page it should show the full history rather than using a paginated state.
I'll get it fixed.
It's paginated now (there's a next page on the bottom). Perhaps that should be more clear and indicate it's older releases?

and so on.
