Cannot save "Blog 3 Address" in profile

Description
- Log in to wordpress.org
- Choose "Edit My Profile" at the top right drop down by clicking on username.
- Click "Edit" (of profile) on right side menu.
- Fill in empty "Blog 3 Address" field with valid URL
- Click "Update Profile" button to save changes.
- Note 3rd entry is not represented in summary.
- "Edit" settings again. Note missing setting for "Blog 3 Address" — setting wasn't saved.

This ticket was/is referring to the Support Forums profiles.
The "Blog x Address" fields are only present when "# of WordPress Sites I Run" is set (ie. has to be 3+ to see Blog 3 Address).
That being said, I can't duplicate this, it saves as expected for me.
