Description
Some meta tags are missing that's why Twitter is not displaying cards for articles published on WordPress.org.
For example, this URL: https://wordpress.org/support/article/columns-block/ can be validated here: https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator

This is kind of fixed now.
The embed isn't great, and since the article (and others) start with a paragraph that really shouldn't be a paragraph ("Go back to the list of Blocks") that ends up in the embed too.. Same for forum threads, a bunch of irrelevant data is included in the descriptions.
It can certainly be improved, so I'm going to leave this open for now.
