An uptick in this has begin. Best to get ahead of it.

Also correcting language so hopefully people understand why reusing a permalink is bad.

Plugin Directory: Update Blocked Terms list

Adding common 'workarounds' as well as Bootstrap to the list

Also updating language to clarify why reusing permalinks is bad,
and trying to cover more bases with other blockers.
