Code Reference: No-result searches should be wildcarded

Talked to Nacin and Jorbin in Portland about returning wildcarded results when no results are found in the code reference.

The idea would be to explode the search criteria and attempt a secondary search to find something related.

Log of production searches (especially those without results) would be very helpful before starting on complicated search variations like this.
