Appropriately size theme preview images in user profiles

Theme preview images in profiles, such as the 'momoyo' screenshot on ​https://profiles.wordpress.org/utz119/#content-themes load at full size, but are only displayed in a small thumnail.

A ?w=320 parameter should be added to the src attribute.
