Description
Hi,
There is a date issue on WP versions download pages on Rosetta. It looks like it displays the date the last localized package was generated for this version instead of the date of the release: https://fr.wordpress.org/download/releases/
Same issue occurs on other Rosetta websites, like https://it.wordpress.org/download/releases/ or https://de.wordpress.org/download/releases/

Oh ok @ocean90. I thought the idea was to mention the release dates and not localized package builds. So to be clear: it's not a bug, it's a feature :)
However, I personally think users care more about the date the version was initially released than the date the last localized package was generated. Would it be possible to provide both information?
That’s correct, it displays the build time, same as the main site. Since localized packages are rebuilt more often the dates will change too. The page doesn’t mention release dates though, so I’m not sure what the bug is?
