#5629 new defect (bug)

Track "report this topic" reports

Description

Currently, a userID is attached to a post when a user clicks "report this topic". There are a few users who abuse this, and it would be great to be able to see what topics a user has reported.

One way would be to create a list of topics from a link on the user's forum profile. Another would be to add a user note to the reporting user. In either case, a moderator (and these should be restricted to moderator or greater) would be able to see what else a user has reported and either contact the user ("Hey, NSFW does not mean what you think it does) or take some sort of action if it's abuse.

In addition of patterns of use or abuse of the modlook button, this could be another way to identify folks with spam killing skills.

To quote @tobifjellner: Sometimes for good stuff, sometimes for bad... but may want to talk to both of them... [ source ]
