Two Factor repo access

In attempting to help advance the development of the Two Factor plugin (​https://wordpress.org/plugins/two-factor/ && ​https://github.com/WordPress/two-factor) I came to realize that the person who's been working to maintain the GitHub repo does not actually have "Maintain" access to the repo. So I'd like to propose the following access edits for the repo to help turn this back into an actively maintained and developed core plugin:
1) Grant ​https://github.com/kasparsd "Maintain" access as the main engineer driving development.
2) Grant myself, ​https://github.com/jeffpaul, "Maintain" access to help manage from a product/pm perspective.
3) Grant ​https://github.com/Clorith "Write" access to help coordinate from an engineering perspective as well.
