Images on NE blog post are enormous

The images embedded in ​https://ne.wordpress.org/2017/05/23/wordpress-is-now-100-percent-translated-in-nepali/ are enormous.

These should be resized appropriately, and measures should be taken to ensure that uploaded images are constrained (if that's not already the case).

I've made each image one step smaller now. The locale team may still want to check if any texts need to be corrected, since I put images alternating to the left and to the right. But I believe we can close this ticket now.

I have fixed the image and text alignment issue. Thanks for pointing out.
