Glossary injects definitions into comments

Description
When a comment mentions a glossary term, it can get injected into the comment itself
Example: https://make.wordpress.org/test-site/2021/04/27/glossary-comment-blockquote-bug/
I haven't seen it before today, and there haven't been any recent updates to the plugin, so I'm guessing it doesn't happen in all cases.
