So we have a bunch of Dev Handbooks at ​https://developer.wordpress.org/

Right now Code Reference has the feedback box enabled.

I'd love to complete the feedback mechanism coverage by extending that to cover the non GitHub sync'ed handbooks namely - Theme, Plugin and Common API handbooks.

We did the same work for HelpHub here at #4915
