Description
When I try to sort this list by alphabet via sorting the plugin column, it still sorts somewhat randomly.
https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/nl-be/default/stats/plugins/ (I found out that it's for all "stats" pages... I just submitted nl_BE's plugin one to give an example)

Well, it's a bit deceiving ... but yeah.
FWIW I agree (but I think I'm responsible for it), if you've got any ideas on how to better allow that / show it / etc. then I'm all ears!
Currently the tooltip for the Plugin
header says it's sorted by active installs, but yeah, easy to miss.

Personally, I think it would be excellent if you just add a column with the amount of installs. That way you can AND sort by installs AND alphabetically by plugin AND see the amount of installs. Since it could make a prior difference, you know...
That's my idea.
The column is ordered by the number of active installations since that's what the table is about, showing the the top plugins based on active installations.
