Change wporg-themes background color to #fff to match other themes.

All the other themes (plugin, about, support) use #fff. /themes however uses #f1f1f1 which makes the theme repository feel dull and dated.

While I am in favor of a more aggressive redesign, I think this simple change to #fff will help tie the themes together a bit better.
