In the WPORG_Themes_Upload class, class-wporg-themes-upload.php,
the codex link ​https://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Development#Theme_Stylesheet
should be replaced with ​https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/main-stylesheet-style-css/
