In the language dropdown, Dutch (formal) appears twice in the consistency tool.

- Resolution fixed

I just checked today @ocean90 and it's back.
I even tested it with cleaning my browser cache.

As you can see in this image, we have another locales with the same problem.

The culprit was an empty locale glossary with an incorrect locale/slug. Removed the glossary and the entry is gone.
