New Core Committers - Nov. 2021

Three new Core committers have been approved:

• @audrasjb: Core Commit Access

Could someone help with the tasks at the ​bottom of the handbook page?

I have completed the following steps in that list:

• Added them to the committers group in Slack.
• Added them to the Core team on GitHub.
• Added to committer group on Core Trac.

The reused onboarding script has been shared with all three committers and their buddies.

add them to the following lists: wpTracContributorLabels in the Trac SVN file templates/core/site-specific.html

I think that this is the last remaining task in the onboarding list in the handbook.
