Timestamp URL for wptv videos

Hello, it would be nice to have a parameter where you could share the exact time of a video. Like you could do it in Youtube:

Could it be possible in WPTV?

All of those videos are hosted on VideoPress.

While you're watching the video, if you examine the upper right corner, there's a little white arrow link there. Click it, and it will bring up a sharing dialog that will let you link to the video, and also has an option to "Start at" a specific time in the video, if you like.

For example, this link is to the Q&A from the State of the Word, where I had a moment to answer Tom's question about the plugins directory and security recommendations: ​https://videopress.com/v/EkkeqmlP?at=3308

The "at" parameter there determines the start point, and I believe it is just in seconds.

Nice @Otto42 , i didn’t know. We should then make a button to share with timestamp. That would be awesome..

This seems edge case, but if somebody wants to provide a patch and a design of sorts, feel free to reopen.
