core.git.wordpress.org is stuck

Description
The git repository at core.git.wordpress.org seems to be stuck on one of the last WP 4.0 commits and doesn't seem to be syncing with core.svn anymore.

Well that's interesting.
The syncing was locked after this particular failure in git-svn. I removed the locks and it's now running fine again.
develop.git was locked too.
