Github API error while fetching good first issues in WP CLI component.

While searching for good first issue in cli component I was getting GitHub API error.
Either the API is fetching data from wrong endpoint or some sort of authentication errors but it should display an error message or add a link to GitHub repository for good first issues. Also I was not able to find CLI component in the dropdown so I can particularly assign this component to CLI.
