Language selection: Too small font

Background: #6037, #6064.

1. Go to the language selection view for a plugin, e.g. ​Jetpack.
2. Note that the font in the table is too small (causing accessibility issues for translators), and doesn't match the rest of the site. Language names are slightly more readable than table headers, but still too small.

Windows 10, Edge 97.0.1072.76 (latest stable).

Note:

15px may be ideal to retain consistency with other table that appears on sub projects table.

In 11513:

Translate: Increase the font size in consistency view and stats tables.

This improves readability and makes sure the font size matches across various tables.
