Description

When uploading an image I get two errors, 

There was an error with your submission

and

This post type is not allowed.

Normal jpg image, firefox, macos, the same setup I have been using.

Fixed in [18394-dotorg]:

Photo Directory, Registrations: Register post type earlier so it is present earlier for use.

Fixes #6071.
