Non-intuitive menu icon: ​http://joxi.ru/BA0eW31iv5eXNr

The hamburger menu is usually associated with such an icon: ​http://joxi.ru/Vm6eRq9iRGe8ar

replace with a menu icon that fits the meaning. It's confusing

Changing the component, as this appears to be a global header, not specific to the Translate site.
