In the footer of profile pages, the WP.org logo is black while it's light on all other pages.

Description

On most pages, the footer icon looks like, attachment 1.
But on profile pages like https://profiles.wordpress.org/nekojonez/, the footer icon looks like attachment 2.

Resolved with a full deploy.

In 11576:

Styles: Remove old global footer styles.

These are no longer needed now that the new global footer has launched. They were causing the global-footer__wporg-logo-mark in the new footer to have a blue fill color on Profiles in Chrome, instead of white.
