Auto advance after moderation

Description

Right now, after moderating an image, the moderator has to click the Queue link. Things could be sped up quite a bit if the next photo loaded instead.

In 12201:

Photo Directory, Admin: Redirect moderator to another photo in the queue immediately after moderating a photo.

Moderator is redirected to a random post in the queue that isn't their own submission.
