Commercial themes page issue in mobile view

If you try to open any link on mobile 0f commercial themes shop item, it's not clickable. Also, there is haiku in desktop view that appear above the screenshot in hover, but it's not displaying in mobile as well.

In addition, why the links are open in the same tab rather than opening in a new tab?
