#6182 accepted task (blessed)

Create a Components page for Meta Trac

Description

Per discussion in the latest Meta team meeting, we would like to create a Components page for Meta Trac, similar to the Core Components page. This should hopefully encourage more component maintainers to step up, and provide more transparency for contributors on who to contact in order to move tickets forward.

The page is now live at https://make.wordpress.org/meta/components/ and seems to work as expected.

Keeping the ticket open for now just in case any follow-up adjustments are needed.

Make, Trac Notifications: Properly encode ampersand in component names.

Follow-up to [7664], [11668].

See #6182.

It would be nice if we could flag the components here that are managed on GitHub instead, I'm not sure it really made sense to add this Component overview for Component Maintainers, but adding it is useful for notifications / overview of activity.

Currently the repo's that are using GitHub are.. WordCamp, News, Global Header, Pattern Directory, Learn, and probably soon Support Forums & HelpHub.
