When you open https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser site on a screen below 690 pixels, the design of the site is deteriorating because of the table. Because of this page is not responsive.

This patch feels like it's similar to other patches submitted for other areas of Trac. If at all possible, please consider changes/rules/selectors that are more global than targetting individual pages.

This appears to be an upstream issue with Trac, rather than WordPress.org specific as well, as it's duplicatable on https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/WikiFormatting
