Description

The following was reported by @psmits1567
On Handbook pages, the vertical space allocated to the breadcrumbs doesn't adjust if the breadcrumbs are using more than one line, which may happen especially with narrow (mobile) screens and long page titles.

This may, for instance, be observed on https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/glotpress-translate-wordpress-org/tools/ (see attached image)

Breathe: Add more spacing between breadcrumbs and main content to account for longer breadcrumbs.
