Redirect to Photos site after login

Description

When logging in to submit a photo from the ​https://wordpress.org/photos/submit/ page, a successful login redirects users to the default ​https://wordpress.org/ page.

Without a link in the .org main menu for Photos, it is unintuitive and frustrating to have to surf back to the directory to upload a photo.

Photos: Use get_permalink() instead of a relative page slug, to provide the redirection URL for login links. Fixes #6215.
