Ability to report a photo

Description
Though the photos are moderated, there is always a chance that something will be missed that should disqualify a photo from the directory.
Unless it exists and I'm missing it, there should be a way for individual photos to be flagged or reported so they can be re-reviewed.

Perhaps a similar method as used for support topics and reviews for plugins wherein a reporter selects a topic and a text area as part of the report?
E.g.
Report this topic for:[Guideline violation, Other]
Why are you reporting this photo:[textarea]
