Use a consistent color in wp.,org header

There are two bluish colors in the header and the "Get WordPress" button uses one of them. I think the design would be better if the colors were the same. It doesn't really matter too much which, but my preference would be the "active" menu color.

Let's confirm with the Design team which is correct.

These are the correct colors. The text color (#7b90ff) is lighter to have sufficient contrast against the dark background, while the brighter blue (#3858e9) has sufficient contrast against the white text. Using the same color in both places would make one hard to read.
