Submit page wider than the viewport on mobile

Description

The submit page is ever so slightly wider than the viewport on iOS with an iPhone 13 mini. This makes an odd line appear. It’s a scroll bar, but I didn’t realize that at first. See screenshot.

In 11755:

Photo Directory: Adjust width of description input as it might extend too wide at small viewports for certain browsers/devices.

@topher1kenobe: I don't have an iPhone and wasn't able to reproduce the issue with emulation. However, I can see where it might have an issue and committed an attempted "fix". Let me know if it's any better now or not. (I assumed the description input field might be a tad too wide.)

If it doesn't fix things, I'd appreciate any input from anyone out there who might know which element is causing the issue.
