For resolution width less than 365px, there is alignment issue with heading in the ​https://wordpress.org/about/ page.

After adding the patch, the alignment issue of the About page heading is now fixed.

Thanks for the report and the patch! However, since this ticket was created the theme used for the about page has been changed and the page looks completely different. The issue reported here no longer applies.
