When you open https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/wiki/WikiStart?action=history site on a screen below 377 pixels, the design of the site is deteriorating because of the table. Because of this page is not responsive.

After adding the patch, we can now scroll the table horizontally. Because of this, the issue of the design of the page has been fixed.
