Description

Update the Helpscout widget to show the status of a plugin. This is needed because people have a weird habit of naming plugins so similarly it's hard to figure out which is and isn't the right plugin to review again. It also helps to figure out if someone resubmitted a rejected plugin right away, if you missed it on the screen.

I can't really test this since it's the API, so this needs people with access to test :(
