The <title> tag on ​https://developer.wordpress.org/ is currently:

WordPress Developer Resources | Official WordPress Developer Resources

Seems a bit tautological, could it be just "WordPress Developer Resources"?

FWIW, Google seems to omit the second part, and the meta description also mentions that these resources are official.
