    1 Twenty Ten was the only theme that did not have source code changes when 6.0 was released, and so an update was not pushed (see [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/55810Core-55810]).

    33It seems that changes to a theme [https://wordpress.org/themes/getting-started/ cannot be uploaded using the usual means] unless the ZIP file represents a new version that can be tagged/released. Uploading a ZIP with only the `Tested up to` values being changed did not work.
