Create a reviews view for moderators

Description
The view "https://wordpress.org/support/view/all-replies/" shows all replies in all forums and is really useful for scanning for bad things like spam, pile-ons, and other forum janitorial needs. Can we get a similar view that works for reviews? Currently, to check reviews, one has to go to "https://wordpress.org/support/forum/reviews/" and click into each one.

It will be reasonable to sort reviews by last modification time, not creation time,
so we can also see recently modified old reviews using this view.
Yeah, @fierevere, and we probably want to take into account 6094 too.
