As per https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/CULBN711P/p1664295358982809 and https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02QB8GMM/p1665004393130649 there seems to be consensus for changing the Slack channel core-auto-updates to core-upgrade-install.

Just realised I needed to provide a patch for the slack bot settings, see 6519.diff

Per our discussion in Slack, I have updated the meeting description and channel.

The new name of the meeting is "Core upgrade/install component"
