Design break in the responsive view.

In the Codex while checking the page I found that the design is breaking in the smaller devices.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Visit : ​https://codex.wordpress.org/Category:Security
2. Check the inspector controls.
3. Below 520px you will notice that there will be a huge gap present on the right side.

The codex is no longer being maintained, and is being slowly migrated away from.

I'm closing this ticket as wontfix due to that.
