Redirect iOS and Android subdomains to wp.org/mobile

Currently, the following URLs redirect to https://apps.wordpress.com/mobile/:

• ​https://ios.wordpress.org
• ​https://android.wordpress.org

In support of the effort to ​refocus the WordPress mobile app, we should update these URLs to redirect to https://wordpress.org/mobile/ instead, as this page is and will remain focused on the core WordPress mobile app specifically.

• blackberry.forums.wordpress.org
• nokia.forums.wordpress.org
• windowsphone.forums.wordpress.org
• android.forums.wordpress.org
• ios.forums.wordpress.org

Old Mobile Forums: Redirect the mobile *.forums.wordpress.org subdomains to https://wordpress.org/mobile/ instead of to WordPress.com mobile support.

Yep, that's a :facepalm: and failing to notice the actual subdomains in question, I had forgotten those existed :)
