Add option to delete or request to delete photo

While uploading the photo to the photos directory, mistakenly I uploaded the same photo twice. So, I want to delete the duplicate photo but there is no option to delete it.

If we provide the option to delete the photo, then the author will delete such photos from their own.

Or, we can add an option to request to delete the photo and a notification will be sent to the moderator and they can take the action after checking it.
