Deploy the new w.org design to Rosetta websites

Is it possible to consider deploying the design changes that happened to WordPress.org to Rosetta websites?

Plus, most locales should have translated the related strings on translate.w.org.

This is pending some translation work in the theme still, but is on the list of high-priority things needed still.
